Our longest episode yet! In this episode, Talking Trades hosts' Kris and Edward talk to our guest Adrian Deshaies from EOC Environmental Lakes. Adrian talks about his journey as an educator and how his love for teaching science prepared him for his transition into being a business owner and still making a difference educating his clients about the danger of mold, asbestos and led and much more. Adrian talks about the different kinds of mold, remediation, and how homeowners can have systems in place to prevent dangerous situations and offers some great advice about being diligent can save thousands of dollars in damages.
